Acceptable Use Policy

What's not allowed

• Anything illegal under the laws of Nepal or where you live, or helping someone else break the law.
• Sexual content involving minors, in any form. It may be reported to the authorities.
• Nude or sexually explicit pictures or videos, including of real people.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
• Deepfakes or impersonation meant to deceive: fake pictures of real people, fake documents, or pretending to be a person or organisation.
• Malware, phishing, scams, spam, or instructions for weapons or serious harm.
• Sharing other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or infringing copyright or trademarks.
• Misleading others about AI-generated content where that could cause harm (for example, fake news).

Fair use of the service

• Don't get around plan limits, allowances or security, including by using several accounts.
• Don't scrape, automate or resell AiFevo, or use it to build a competing service.
• Don't share or sell your account.
• Don't try to break, overload or probe the service without our written permission.

What we do about misuse

AiFevo refuses some requests automatically. If we find misuse, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or close the account, and where required report it to the authorities. Serious breaches may be acted on without notice and without a refund.
