Delete Account / Delete My Data

Do it yourself in the app

Signed in, open your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings › Privacy & data. There you can:

• Download my data: a JSON file of your profile, chats, image links, payments and support messages.
• Delete my chats & images: removes every conversation and picture. Your account and plan stay.
• Delete account: removes your account and everything in it. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, then you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in, chats, messages, uploaded files, pictures, shared links and personalisation. It can't be undone, and any time left on a paid plan is lost without a refund.

We may keep payment records where Nepali law requires it for accounting and tax, and limited security logs for fraud prevention. These are not used for anything else.

Ask us by email

Can't sign in? Email support@aifevo.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it's you, and we complete requests within 30 days.

If you used Google sign-in

Deleting your AiFevo account doesn't delete your Google account. You can also remove AiFevo's access in your Google account permissions.
