Cancellation Policy

Plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid being charged again.
No automatic renewal
You pay for each plan period yourself by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer. We never store payment details and never charge you automatically.
Stopping your plan
You can stop at any time simply by not paying for another period. Your paid access continues until the plan's end date shown in the app, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your chats, pictures and settings stay.
Refunds when you stop
Stopping early doesn't give a refund for the remaining time, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Closing your account
If you want to leave AiFevo completely, you can delete your account in Settings › Privacy & data. Deleting an account ends any active plan immediately, without a refund.
If we end a plan
We may end a plan early if the account breaks our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. If we stop offering a plan or the service for other reasons, we will give notice and a fair credit or refund for the unused time.
