AiFevo

Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

What AiFevo collects when you use it, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.

Who we are

AiFevo (aifevo.com and the AiFevo mobile app) is operated by AiFevo by Nomira Digital, based in Siraha, Nepal. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean AiFevo by Nomira Digital, and "the service" means the website, the app and everything in them.

For any privacy question or request, email support@aifevo.com.

Information we collect

Account information

Your email address, display name and, if you create a password, a securely hashed version of it (we can never read your password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google and nothing else.

What you put into AiFevo

Your messages and the answers you receive, files and photos you attach, prompts for pictures, and the pictures you create. We keep them so your chat history and Library are there when you come back.

Personalisation

Anything you choose to add in Personalization (for example, "About you" and your preferred reply style), plus settings like theme and accent colour.

Payments

When you buy a plan: the plan, amount in NPR, payment method (eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer), any reference you enter, the receipt screenshot you upload and the outcome of our review. We never see or store your eSewa, Khalti or bank login details or card numbers.

Usage and technical information

How many messages, credits and images you use, with timestamps (to apply plan allowances and limits), and ordinary technical records such as browser type, device type, error logs and IP address (for security and abuse prevention).

Support and contact

Messages you send us through Help & support, the contact form or email.

How we use your information

  • To run the service: answer your messages, create pictures, and keep your history.
  • To manage your account, plan, allowances and payments, and to email you about them.
  • To personalise answers with the details you chose to share in Personalization.
  • To keep AiFevo safe: prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • To answer your support requests and fix problems.
  • To meet legal obligations under the laws of Nepal.

Third-party AI model providers

AiFevo does not run its own AI models. When you send a message or ask for a picture, the text of your request, the earlier messages in that conversation (so the answer makes sense) and any file or photo you attached are sent over an encrypted connection to the third-party AI provider that runs the model (directly or through a routing service). When web search is used, a search query is sent to a search service.

We do not send your name, email address or account details with these requests. Providers process the request to return a result under their own terms. Please don't put passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers or other secrets into a chat.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't show ads in AiFevo. We share information only with service providers that help us run AiFevo, and only what each needs:

  • Cloud hosting, database, sign-in and file storage (Supabase, and our website host).
  • AI model providers and routing services, as described above.
  • An email service that sends sign-in codes and payment emails.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • An internal messaging tool that alerts our team to new payments and support messages.

We may also disclose information if Nepali law requires it, to protect people from harm, or as part of a merger or transfer of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, AiFevo requests only basic profile and email access. We use it to create your account and recognise you when you return. AiFevo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove AiFevo's access any time from your Google account permissions.

Pictures you create

Pictures you generate are stored privately in your Library and are visible only to you, unless you share them. Shared answer links can be opened by anyone who has the link. We don't use your creations to advertise AiFevo without asking you first.

How we protect it

All traffic uses HTTPS (encryption in transit), stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider, and database rules make sure one person cannot read another person's chats. Staff access is limited to a named list of people and is logged.

AiFevo is not end-to-end encrypted: we operate the database your chats are stored in and access it only for running the service (for example backups, fixing faults or investigating abuse reports).

How long we keep it

  • Chats and pictures: until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Account and profile: until you delete your account.
  • Payment records: as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, as required by Nepali law.
  • Usage counters and security logs: as long as needed for limits, security and fraud prevention.

Your choices and rights

  • See and correct your profile in the app at any time.
  • Delete any chat or picture yourself.
  • Download a copy of your data, or delete your chats and images or your whole account, in Settings › Privacy & data (see Delete Account / Delete My Data).
  • Choose which optional cookies we use in Manage cookies.
  • Ask us anything about your data at support@aifevo.com.

Children

AiFevo is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly create accounts for them. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child is using AiFevo without permission, email us and we will remove the account.

Where data is processed

Our service providers may store or process data outside Nepal. We choose providers that protect data with industry-standard security.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Important changes are also announced in the app or by email.
