The service

AiFevo is an AI chat and creation service operated by AiFevo by Nomira Digital, Siraha, Nepal. It lets you chat with AI models from several providers, attach files and photos, search the web, and create pictures. Features differ by plan.

Your account

• You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or rent your account or access to it.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks it, without notice where the breach is serious.

Plans, allowances and payment

AiFevo has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are bought in advance for a fixed period and paid in Nepali rupees (NPR) by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer (QR). Payments are checked by hand before a plan is activated. The details are in our Subscription & Billing Terms, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your content

What you put into AiFevo (your messages, files and photos) remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service, including sending it to the AI provider that answers you, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload other people's personal or confidential information without permission.

AI output

Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the text and pictures AiFevo creates for you, including commercially. Similar output may be created for other people, so we can't promise it is unique, and you are responsible for how you use it (for example, not infringing someone else's rights).

AI can be wrong. Read our AI Disclaimer before relying on any answer.

Our service and brand

The AiFevo name, logo, website and app belong to AiFevo by Nomira Digital. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or get around its limits or security.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AiFevo running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Models, features and allowances may change as providers and costs change, and third-party outages can affect us. We may change, pause or discontinue features. If a change significantly reduces a paid plan you have already bought, contact us and we will look at a fair remedy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by the laws of Nepal, AiFevo by Nomira Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using AiFevo at any time and delete your account in Settings › Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue; if we can't, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Nepal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use AiFevo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
